Secondary Members/Cold Formed Members

Secondary structural framing refers to components such as purlins, girts, eave struts, wind bracing, flange bracing, base angles, clips, and various other structural elements. Purlins, girts, and eave struts are cold-formed steel members that have a minimum yield strength of 345 MPa (50,000 psi). They conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A572 (Grade 50) or ASTM A653 (Grade 50) or an equivalent standard.

Conduct a structural analysis and design calculations, and produce detailed PEB shop drawings to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the building

Implement quality control measures at every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure consistent material quality.
